Payment
• We accept Visa & Master credit Cards, debit card & cash. We do not accept cheques
• 50% deposit is required on all Spa Packages, to secure a booking
• All deposits are non refundable
• Valid Gift Vouchers and coupons must be presented or the full treatment price will be charged
* Bodytique operates on a C.O.D basis
Appointments & Cancellations
• It is of utmost importance to arrive on time to avoid unnecessary delays. All appointment times includes a 10min consultation for body treatments and new clients
• For late arrivals, treatment duration will be reduced or if 15min or more appointent might be cancled so as to accommodate clients who hsve the next sppointment.
• SIX HOURS advance notice is required for cancellations after which 50% of the treatments will be charged
• Where a deposit has been paid , the booking will be rescheduled for a later date or a gift voucher will be issued
• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
• Our prices are displayed with VAT included. Our prices are subject to change without notice.
• Our gift coupons are valid for 6 months from date of issue for treatments & products. Canceling or rescheduling a confirmed appointment less than 6 hours prior to the appointment time. For none attendance will result in your gift coupons being cancelled.
Salon Terms & Conditions
• Please remove contact lenses before facial treatments
• Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. If this should happen your treatment will be terminated, you will be charged in full and we will have the right to refuse future treatments
• Allow for sufficient time for digestion of food before you have a treatment
• Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before treatments
• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions that you have or of any skin allergies
• Cell phones must be switched off when having treatments
• We are not liable for damages, injuries or loss of personal possessions
• We are a smoke free zone
