Puffy eye's

What Causes Puffy Eyes?Puffy eyes are usually caused by a build up of fluid, often referred to as an “edema”. The fluid builds up in the tissues that are around your eyes, also commonly referred as “orbits”. When too much fluid becomes trapped in these orbits, they puff out and give our eye area a swollen appearance.

tip 1:
Take two slices of cucumber and place them over your eyes. The coolness of the cucumbers helps encourage the drainage of the fluid in your eye area, and the cucumber’s aroma is relaxing and soothing.
TIP 2: You can also use refrigerated tea bags to try and reduce your under eye bags. When ever you make your tea in the morning, take the used tea bags and place them in the fridge. In as little as 10 minutes you can have cooled tea bags that will help reduce the circulation around your eye areas, and the tea bags have an astringent-quality to them which will expedite the tightening and shrinkage of the skin.

Tip 3: hemorrhoid cream. This cream is made to quickly reduce swelling, which means that it will also work for your eye area. Just be careful not to get the ointment into your eyes.
