So how do you unwind when you get stressed in your office? Try a few of these tips.
* Walk Away
Just step away from your desk for a few minutes to relax. Stretch a little and take a few deep breaths.
* Indulge Yourself
After a particularly stressful day indulge yourself with a hot bath, read a good book or see pop in to see your therapist .In moderation almost any type of indulgence that will help you relax and feel better about yourself.
*Solitary Confinement: This may sound very drastic but actually few minutes if you can be alone, away from ringing phones and constant discussions with colleagues, you will feel at peace. Half an hour at the salon in our garden.
Learning to unwind does not require any elaborate process. These simple tips are part of our everyday life. It is just that many fail to realize its importance and understand the need to take a break from work time to time.
