How to keep your skin looking great.

Everyone won’t younger healthy skin, but there are a number of factors that determine this. They included genetic factors, environment, sunlight expose and external factors.

Age is another factor in this processes and ones skin varies from age group to age group. So we put together an action plan for the different age groups on how to maintain ones skin.

20’S:

Your skin has a healthy glow. As we age through into our 20’s our dead cells slowly start to renew less and the shedding becomes less as well.

ACTION PLAN:

· Get into the habit of using a cleanser
· Use a moistures with a high SPF in it daily
· Avoid yo-yo diets –as this leads to saggy skin
· Drink plenty of water
· Get into the habit of exfoliating ones skin twice a week
· Going for a good facial at least every 3months.

30’S:

Skin cell renewal decreases more. Ageing signs start showing.

ACTION PLAN:

· By now you should have a skin care plan – if not ask one of our therapist to help.
· Eating a balanced diet –rich in minerals and vitamins
· Water intake
· Getting enough sleep
· Start using a night cream

See next month for ages – 40 -50’s
