Tips
Anti age tip 1: Treat your neck as if it’s your face – don’t stop at the jaw line. Extend your anti aging skin care to your neck and bust area and do it every day morning and night
Anti ageing tip 2:
A Green Tea Mask that is really simple and really works.
• one egg
• organic honey
• 2 lemons, squeezed (You can substitute lemon juice.)
• green tea ,tea bag
• fruit – avo , banana.
Make half a cup of green tea and allow it to stand for 10mins.
Mask or blend your chosen fruit.
Mix it all ingredients together, well until it is like a paste and consistent throughout (not running all over the place).
Smooth it on in every corner of your face and relax for about 15-20 minutes.
Tip 3: Get the right amount of moisture in your skin – by using the correct moistures, drinking enough water through the day and by placing a bowel of water in the room if you have an air con or heat on (air cons and heaters absorb moisture from the air so if you’re the only moisture sources they will absorb the moisture out of your face.)

Why not tone your face!
C.A.C.I NON SURGICAL FACELIFT
Facial Toning
As we grow older our facial muscles naturally start to lose tone and elasticity. Genetics, lifestyle, weight fluctuation and environmental factors can all influence the rate and degree to which our muscles will lose their tone as we all know first impressions count and a sagging face can make you look tired, miserable and older than your years.
Following over 20 years of research and development CACI International can now offer a non surgical solution to combat loss of muscle tone using CACI micro current facial toning therapy.
Micro current therapy was originally developed as a medical application to treat
facial palsy and muscle tone was restored by applying tiny micro-current electrical impulses to the affected muscles.
Today this proven technology is now available in thousands of aesthetic clinics as a painless cosmetic treatment and is commonly referred to as “facial toning” or “the non surgical face lift”.
During each 45 – 50 minute treatment session all 32 facial muscles are gently manipulated and re-educated by a trained therapist using a series of precise movements. Soft cotton tipped wands is used on the face to transmit the micro-current energy to the facial muscles to restore tone and elasticity.
Results are visible after the very first treatment but a course of twelve treatments is generally recommended.
After a course of CACI facial toning treatments facial contours will look lifted and toned.
A monthly top up treatment is recommended to maintain results.

Manicures aren’t only about looking good and feeling fabulous. There are a number of other benefits

creaked Hills
Wearing flip-flops and walking barefoot may be one of your favorite things about summer weather,
But unfortunately it can damage the skin on your feet. The constant exposure to air dries out your skin, the pressure of pounding your feet on the ground when you walk causes cracks in the skin. If you continue to the cracks can split open and become deeper. Aside from not looking the prettiest, they are also really painful
Creaked heels: tip 1: Apply the pulp of a ripe banana on the dry or cracked area of the heel. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it clean. Used on a daily basis to prevent and treat dry and cracked heels
TIP 2: Here is list of essential foods that one can include in a regular meal and help curb deficiencies that may cause cracked heels:
• Vitamins (Vitamin E) rich foods include: vegetable oils, green vegetables, cereals, wheat germ, whole-grain products and nuts.
• Minerals (Calcium and Iron) rich foods include:
1. Calcium: Milk, cheese, yogurt, goat’s milk, fortified soya milk, mineral water, ice cream, tinned fish, juices, cereals and broccoli are excellent sources of calcium. Dairy products such as milk and yogurt are also considered as one of the best sources of calcium.
2. Iron: Meat, chicken and fish are good sources of iron. Iron is also available in cereals, eggs, vegetables and beans; however it is not as easily absorbed into the body as the iron from meat, chicken and fish.
3. Zinc Rich Foods Include: Oysters, chicken, crab, kidney beans, yogurt, brown rice, spaghetti.
4. Omega-3 Fatty Acids are Largely Found In: Purslane herb, cold water fish, and flaxseed oil or flax seeds.
Tip 3: Take apple cider vinegar and olive oil in equal proportions. Mix them well and store in a glass jar. Apply on your feet daily at night and wear socks to let the solution work better. This solution removes tan and help to smoothen the cracks in your heels. Make sure that your feet are clean before applying the solution.
